The Espec EHS-222M is a Highly Accelerated Stress Test (HAST) chamber designed for rigorous reliability testing under extreme environmental conditions. It accommodates samples up to 12” in size and operates at elevated pressures up to 0.196 MPa, with relative humidity ranging from 75% to 100% and temperatures reaching 142°C. For enhanced testing versatility, the system features external ports that enable biased-HAST testing when connected to an appropriate external power source.
